Overpayments usually arrise when you have a PayPal subscription set up and you also pay an invoice manually.
When you have a PayPal subscription set up you do not need to do anything, your payment will be automatic.
If however, you do make an overpayment please submit a support ticket to the billing department and we will process a refund within 24 hours.
