Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Billing > How do I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time by logging into your billing area at https://secure.hydro-host.net/clients. From the navigation select Services > My services. Next to the service you would like to upgrade click "View Details".
The option to upgrade your account is under the "Management Actions" section.
Follow the on screen instructions to choose your new package. Your package will be upgraded once payment is received.
