Moving to another hosting provider is usually a simple process. We have personal experience with eUKhost.co.uk who have excellent support and great services.
Moving your webhosting account away from Hydro Host is usually a very simple process if your new provider uses cPanel too. Most cPanel hosts will be glad to assist you transfer your hosting accounts and can usually be done with either a full cPanel backup file or with the cPanel account transfer facility.
The new provider usually only require your cPanel login details for everything to be transferred automatically just as it was. Once the transfer has been taken place you will be required to change your nameserver entries for your domain from ns1.hydro-host.net etc, your new provider will tell you what the new ones are.
